Lodging for events like the Peterson's Key West Poker Run needs to be taken care of early. Waiting till the last few weeks can end up as a disaster. Many people book rooms for next year at check out time, just to be sure. If you have never been to Key West before you probably don't know where to stay. Years ago I had friends tell me that during Daytona Beach Bike Week they liked to stay at least an hour away, so that they could get in some quality riding time.
